RETURN POLICY

You can return *most items purchased within 30 days from delivery of the order by following these instructions:

  1. Visit the Return Portal
    Complete the step-by-step product return guide to print a return-shipping label
  2. Pack merchandise in its original packaging, just as you received it.
  3. Contact UPS to arrange the pick-up or drop it to a UPS point near you.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, tags and packaging included.
  • *Products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Aquatalia.com is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
 

If there are issues with delivery of an order, such as non-delivery or damage to products, Aquatalia.com must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund.

When applicable

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Sale prices do not apply to past purchases. 

Additional information: please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be delivered and processed. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to the original method of payment used to purchase the item(s). Your credit may take up to two billing cycles to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.
